Jiexin Zhang, Ya Sang, Shichang Zhang

Abstract

With improvements in living standards and the medical environment, people are increasingly concerned about the causes and treatment of reproductive system diseases such as infertility and adverse pregnancy outcome. Karyotype abnormalities in peripheral blood lymphocytes are responsible for azoospermia, oligospermia, amenorrhea and abnormal gonad development in adults. It is important to focus on chromosome screening when evaluating infertility and people with a history of adverse pregnancy outcome to improve early intervention and the effective treatment of chromosomal abnormalities related to reproductive system diseases.
