Karyotype abnormalities in peripheral blood lymphocytes are responsible for azoospermia, oligospermia, amenorrhea and abnormal gonad development in adults. It is important to focus on chromosome screening when evaluating infertility and people with a history of adverse pregnancy outcome to improve early intervention and the effective treatment of chromosomal abnormalities related to reproductive system diseases.
