Dr. Han is currently engaged in the study of prevalence and molecular characteristics of diarrhea-causing microorganisms, especially in the serology, virulence, antimicrobial susceptibility and genetic diversity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
His research has been published in international peer-reviewed scientific journals, including Clinical Microbiology and Infection, Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal, Frontiers in Microbiology and Plos One. Also, some of his research results were cited in papers published in the journal Nature Biotechnology. Now he is a reviewer of the journal Medicine.During the China CDC training period (2011-2013), he undertook two sub-project research work of the National Science and Technology Major Project “Infectious disease monitoring technology platform”. Furtherly, he has participated in several grants of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
